Medical Assistant Training Program

The Online Medical Assistant Program at Coastal Medical Training Institute LLC prepares students for employment as Medical Assistant. Students will gain the knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully pass a certification exam with NHA which the certification is CCMA “Clinical Certified Medical Assistant”.   

There is a huge demand and job outlook for Medical Assistants, as the projected job growth rate exceeds 8 percent throughout the next decade. The national median wage is $16.73 hourly or $34.800 annually, along with excellent benefits. We will empower you with hourly or salary negotiation skills. Licensing and Certification requirements are not the same in every state and may include educational testing, and experiential requirements beyond those offered in Coastal Medical Training’s Medical Assisting Course. Most states do not require any formal education for entry-level Medical Assisting.

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent is needed to become a Medical Assistant. CMTI will provide you with a certificate of completion and the means to pass your certification exam.

• Fourteen (14) weeks of online course instruction with a Certified Instructor of Medical Assisting. The clinical training is done through cutting edge “online approved virtual interactive clinical training” with SIMTICS Virtual Clinicals
• Upon completion students will be prepared to take the CCMA National Certification exam through NHA (Cost of Exam is Covered!)
• Students must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to take the course.
