The payment obligation contract below must be filled out and returned via email within 72 hours to avoid your course being put on hold. Please make sure you do not forget. This policy is strictly enforced.

Agreement for Agreed Payments and Course Enrollment.

Payment Terms:1 The Payer agrees to make payments in the amount of ($87.50) every week, starting from (The date you made your first weekly payment when you selected your course)

1.2 Payments shall be made automatically on the card that the Student entered when conducting the purchase of their course for their first payment. Students MUST leave their card information in the system for the payments to be withdrawn automatically to prevent any late fees. There is no need to send payments. Or Student is being direct debited from their bank account.

1.3 The total payment amount for the entire course/enrollment is ($699.00).

1.2 I understand that there is ZERO interest/ fees added.

Late Payments:1 The Payer understands and agrees that any missed payments beyond five (5) business days from the due date will result in the course/enrollment being placed on hold and a late payment fee of $35.00 will be applied to the delinquent payment.

2.2 In the event of a late payment, a late fee of ($35.00) will be assessed for each late payment.

Hold on Course/Enrollment:1 If the Payer fails to make a payment within five (5) business days of the due date, the Recipient reserves the right to place the Payer's course/enrollment on hold until all outstanding payments, including late fees, are settled.

3.2 During the hold period, the Payer will not have access to course materials, instructor support, or any other benefits associated with the course/enrollment.

Communication:1 The Payer agrees to promptly inform the Recipient of any changes to their contact information.

4.2 All communication regarding payments and the course/enrollment shall be conducted through emails to glwalker@cmtitraining.com or our toll-free number at (833) 473-1476.

Termination:1 The Recipient reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and revoke the Payer's access to the course/enrollment in the event of repeated late payments or failure to make payments.
Governing Law:1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of Mississippi/Harrison County-Michigan/Kent County
